It’s easy! Register your Real Account and complete the information in the form. Log in details will be emailed to you. Normally this process takes approximately 5 minutes. Click on the Open Account and make a deposit into your e-Wallet. You may also refer to user guide about e-Wallet here.

There are 4 types of accounts offered. Feel free to choose the type of trading account based on the initial capital and your trading strategy. Browse Trading Accounts for more detail information.

YES! PipHijau offer Islamic trading account and all account are SWAP FREE.

There is no limit on the time duration for demo account as long as the account remain active. Demo account that is dormant for more than 60 days will be automatically remove from the system.

NO. All trading account are only offered in USD currency.

NO! The maximum money that you may lose is capped based on the deposit amount. Should the slippage of a certain currency pair cause a negative balance, it will be reset automatically with your next deposit.

Our variable spreads can be as low as 1.2 pip. Traders are given the market price directly from what our system receives (NO REQUITES).

We offer leverage level up to 1:500 for Premium account. For more detail information on leverage, refer Account Type page.

Our trading servers is GMT+2 during winter time and GMT+3 during summer time.

At the moment, you can choose from the following options to deposit and withdraw funds: credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) and FPX electronic payment methods. Please read further details about our deposit options and withdrawal options on our respective website pages.

Trader can deposit money in any currency and it will be automatically converted into the USD as a base currency of your trading account.

There are two options for deposit and withdrawal: by credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) and electronic payment methods (FPX).

As soon as you open a trading account at www.PipHijau Ltd.com, you can log in to our Members Login, select a payment method of your preference on the Deposits page, and follow the instructions given. All requests are completed within seconds.

Trader can withdraw their money when their trading account is validated and have sufficient balance in order to withdraw funds. Trader needs to upload your documents in our Members Area: Proof of Identity (myKad, national ID, passport, driving license) which include name and address.

Once you receive confirmation from our Validation Department that your account has been validated, you can request the funds withdrawal by logging in to the Members Login, select the Withdrawal tab and send us a withdrawal request. It is only possible to send your withdrawal back to the original source of deposit.

YES, you can, only if at the moment of payment your free margin exceeds the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction, including all payment charges. Free margin is calculated as equity less necessary margin (required to maintain an open position). If you do not have sufficient free margin in your trading account, the system will not accept your request and you will need to lower the amount.

Withdrawal request is processed by our system within 24 hours.

We do not charge any fees for our deposit/withdrawal options.

This also applies to all credit/debit card deposits. For deposits/withdrawals via bank wire transfer, PipHijau Ltd covers all transfer fees imposed by our banks, with the exception of deposits amounting to less than 200 USD (or equivalent denomination).

NO! In order to protect all parties against fraud and in compliance with the law for the prevention and suppression of money laundering, our company policy is to return clients’ funds to the origin of these funds, and as such the withdrawal will be returned to your FPX bank account. This applies to all withdrawal methods, and the withdrawal has to go back to source of funds deposit.

NO, this is not possible. It is forbidden to transfer funds between different clients’ accounts and others involving any third parties.

NO, we do not accept deposits/withdrawals made by third parties. Your deposit can only be made from your own account, and the withdrawal has to go back to the source where the deposit was made.

YES. You can request an internal transfer between two trading accounts, but only if both accounts have been opened under your name and if both trading accounts have been validated. Internal transfer can be requested in the Members Login area, and it is instantly processed.

At PipHijau Ltd we do not charge any fees or commissions. We cover all transaction fees (with bank wire transfer for amounts over 200 USD).

For Malaysian: Email copy of your MyKad (front AND back)

For Non-Malaysian: Email copy of your national identification card (front AND back). You may also email copy of an international passport.

YES! PipHijau Ltd operate in accordance with a number of compliance-related issues and procedures imposed by law for the prevention and suppression of money laundering.

NO. The validation process need to be done once. If you open a new account, the validation process will be done automatically.
